A Day with Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, 11 associations and the Mid-Atlantic Baptist Network

COLUMBIA, Md.—Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary will host a special event on Sept.17 at the Baptist Network Center to offer pastors and leaders an opportunity to see what’s new at the seminary. This includes educational opportunities and partnership opportunities that can benefit the local church.SEBTS-72

Many churches are not aware of the seminary ministry teams available to serve local congregations. They include speakers or teams for pulpit supply, revival, bands, training, and much more.

Educational opportunities include classic undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees, but the college also offers certificates and even some free classes.

There will be breakout sessions, including distance learning, doctor of ministry programs, finding and engaging unreached peoples; In your backyard; Kingdom diversity initiative; the EQUIP network, and ministry teams.

Southeastern’s Denominational Relations Specialist Chris Allen said the conferences, presented for conventions and associations, are a way to help churches grasp the opportunities to “give back” to local congregations.

Plan now to attend to discover what options work best for your leaders and your church.

Lunch is provided.

Reserve your seat by Sept. 15. Contact Niki Taylor, ntaylor@bcmd.org or call 800.466.5290, ext. 226.
