BI-VOCATIONAL DIRECTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP: Covenant Church, Shepherdstown WV, seeks a bi-vocational Director of Discipleship to help lead our church to deeper spiritual commitment and spiritual maturity by helping them develop the spiritual disciplines as individuals and groups. Responsibilities include oversight of the CLASS system at Covenant, coordination of a growing small group ministry, which presently includes 25 such groups, coordination of pastoral care through the small groups in cooperation with the Pastor of Member Care, and occasional preaching duties (4-6 times per year)
