FAMILY MINISTER—Calvary Baptist Church in Bel Air, Md., seeks a full-time shepherd who loves children, students and their families to lead our ministries for children from birth to age 21. The Family Minister should be an energetic, highly motivated team builder. They should have experience and success in building and training a team of leaders as well as experience working with and growing young people and their families. They should have a balanced view of the importance of both outreach and discipleship. They must be committed to personal spiritual disciplines as well as building the body corporately. COORDINATOR OF MISSIONS–The Arundel Baptist Network (ABN), a Southern Baptist association made up of suburban churches located in Maryland, is seeking the man that God has prepared to serve as part-time Coordinator of Missions (CoM). The coordinator will direct daily operations of the ABN and will serve ABN churches in their cooperative efforts in fulfilling the Great Commission and as a voting ex-officio member of the ABN’s Executive Board and Executive Committee, among other duties.
