WORSHIP MUSIC LEADER – CrossRoads Community Church in Bel Air, Md., is looking for a part-time Worship Music Leader, who will be responsible for planning and leading the music for our weekly worship service and all other church ministry activities. We are basically contemporary in our style of music, but also regularly add hymns to the mix. We prefer someone who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music, and who is trained and experienced in leading people in worship. A good voice is a must, and keyboard proficiency a plus. The successful individual should possess the passion and gifts required to build and disciple a team of musicians; as well as continually deepening the congregation’s involvement in worship through the creative use of music.
