Easter Egg Flyer 2016 calvaryBy Sharon Mager

BEL AIR, Md.—Calvary Baptist Church is in full Easter “prep” mode as they meet for pizza and to stuff eggs and hand deliver Easter Egg Hunt invitations throughout the neighborhood.

On Palm Sunday, they’ll have a special Easter musical, presentation; “Christ is Risen,” at 8:30 and 11 a.m. Then, on the 26th, the day of the “hunt,” the church kicks the day off with a pancake breakfast, followed by a presentation by Steve Gambrill, “The Extreme Balloon Man,” and the egg hunt. Gambrill’s performance includes a mix of magic, balloon tricks and fun and he shares the Gospel in way kids, and parents can understand.

The church will also offer a Good Friday service on March 25 at noon followed by a light luncheon. The service will be kept to an hour so folks can stop in during lunchtime.
