Our next T.I.P Best Practices gathering is coming soon. As always, it will be a time of encouraging each other, sharing ideas, drilling down on a single focus, enjoying lunch, and praying with each other!

During our Spring lunch last year, we looked into helping a Church review their history. In the Fall, we focused on “Helping a Church Assess Where They Are Right Now.” In this session, we are working on equipping a search committee when there is an internal candidate.
