Trauma impacts church planters and pastors and the people they reach in so many ways. This Cohort is designed to inform, equip and encourage you as a planter or pastor so that you can be more effective in dealing with your own trauma and the trauma that is in your people. We will address Trauma and you, explaining what it is and how it shows up in you and what you can do about it. God has blessed us to be able to have Dr. Bergina Isbell, Dr. Tom Rodgerson and licensed trauma counselors Cindy Canner and Eliza Huie as facilitators.
