LAUREL, Md.—Faith Baptist Church, Laurel, will have a youth retreat on April 20-22 with fellowship time, food, breakouts, and music.
The event features Chad Brown, husband, father, author, speaker, veteran, skydiver, and surfer who’s even braved hurricanes on a board. He’s also someone who became depressed, turned to alcohol, and eventually had suicidal thoughts before he turned to Jesus. Brown will share his testimony and a message of hope.
The event is from 6:30 to 10 pm on Friday and 8:15 am to 8:15 pm on Saturday and includes meet and greet fellowship time, music, breakout sessions, prayer groups, dinners, lunches, and breakfast on Saturday. The cost is $25.
