Philippine International Bible Church, established for 26 years now as a Southern Baptist Church in Montgomery County, Md., is seeking a new Senior Pastor with a minimum of 15 years of service in ministry. Candidate must be a licensed and ordained Baptist Minister who adheres to the doctrinal statement of the Baptist Faith and Message as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention.
Please forward your resume and describe how our Lord Jesus Christ has used you to His glory, highlighting your experience, education, and accomplishments. Please provide a Missions Statement for a healthy and holy church body. Since PIBC’s vision is to become multi-cultural and multi-ethnic, please provide specific near-term and long-term ministry plans and action goals you would recommend to lead PIBC to reach that vision.
