Worship Leader Part-Time
Perry Hall, Md. | Worship Leader (part-time)
White Marsh Baptist Church of Perry Hall, Maryland (northeast of Baltimore city), is accepting resumes for a part-time Worship Leader (10-13 hrs per week). Salary is approximately $15,000 per year.
Requirements:
- Work with the senior pastor in planning worship services
- Oversee the worship & tech teams
- Demonstrate a proficiency in reading music and singing (ability to play an instrument is preferred but not required)
- Lead two identical (blended) worship services on Sunday mornings
- Conduct rehearsals (Wednesday evenings)
- Recruit and develop members for the teams
- Agree with the doctrinal statement as found in the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message of the Southern Baptist Convention
- Demonstrate Christ-likeness in all conduct
