Taneytown Baptist Church (TBC) is looking for a mature responsible believer with good leadership skills and a call to serve teenagers and their families. The responsibilities of this part-time position would be to minister to the youth of the church and the youth in the community in grades 6 thru 12, to administer, develop and implement youth ministry programs designed to meet the spiritual, social and emotional needs of the youth, leading them to spiritual commitments and disciplines.
