Bruce Outreach Center: Construction Opportunities 2019
Bruce Outreach Center is a young church plant which recently purchased an older 118,000 square-foot school building on 11.2 acres to be used as both worship space and community ministry center. Construction teams are needed throughout the year to help with a variety of renovation/construction projects. Some of these include:
a) putting down floating floor over existing tiles (could use donations of materials and manpower, not necessarily both by the same team)
b) installing metal roof over trusses to be put over existing flat roof
c) completing renovation of cycle-breaking ministry apartments: laying floor, painting, finishing work, etc.
d) we are trying to replace our coal furnace by installing individual heaters/AC units in various rooms throughout the building
e) resurface or repair sidewalks and cement steps
f) landscaping: weed control, cleanup, beautification
g) upgrade main restrooms
