PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR – Valley Baptist Church and Preschool in Lutherville, Md., is in pursuit of our next great Preschool Director. The school has an incredible reputation in our community as a place for exceptional Christian education for children ages 1 to Pre-K. The Director is responsible for leading the school into the future with responsibilities to: create and maintain a distinctively Christian culture; cast vision; develop staff; build respected rapport with students and families; lead day to day operations; and maintain relationship with VBC and other partners. While the Director is the primary lead of the school the role serves under the supervision of the Lead Pastor and Preschool Board.
