Doug DuBois is celebrating 20 years of service with the Mid-Atlantic Baptist Network. He began his ministry as Skycroft’s director and youth evangelism missionary in 1996, and now serves as the Network’s team strategist for evangelism and mission engagement.
Ellen Udovich has served churches with the Network for 16 years. She is the strategist for church strengthening and community engagement and serves churches through ministry evangelism training, coaching and support.
Blake Hardcastle, is celebrating 15 years and serves as director of Baptist Student Ministry at the University of Delaware in Newark.
Iris White, celebrating 15 years on the Network staff, is the Network’s IT coordinator, office coordinator and managing editor of BaptistLIFE.
Rolando Castro has ministered for a decade with the Network. Castro serves as Hispanic church multiplication strategist. He ministers with language churches, primarily Hispanic churches, in both planting and development.
