Camp Wo-Me-To, June 24-25, 2011
The first day was Friday, swim time with mothers. Then we had
dinner. It was good. It was time to go to chapel, where we learned about
how important it is to follow Jesus. After that was over we went on a hayride. It was really fun.
We sang silly camp songs, like Herman the Worm. Then we roasted
marshmallows. Saturday was really the first day because we had to wake up at 7:00 a.m.
Then we had mother-daughter quiet time. The breakfast bell rung, and we had pancakes and sausage. That was yummy.
Later, we listened to twohow important it is t missionaries share about where they worked. We also did crafts and played outside with a great big parachute.
Best of all, I met a new friend, a 7-year-old girl named Selah, who stayed in my cabin. — Hannah Baker, first-time camper
