SILVER SPRING, Md.—Salem Gospel Ministries is partnering with African Educare Missions Group, and American University Baptist to present “Doing Health Promotion in Sub-Saharan Africa in the Context of Ebola Outbreak.” The conference is November 15 from 9:30 to 11:30 am at Montgomery Hills Baptist Church, Silver Spring.

The guest speaker is Dr. Fitzhugh Mullan, Murdock Head Professor of Medicine and Health Policy at George Washington University. Dr. Mullan’s research bridges U.S. and global issues. Currently, he is the Principal Investigator of the Medical Education Futures Study and The Sub-Saharan African Medical School Study.

“It will be a very great learning platform. We are encouraging those interested in mission/evangelistic work in Africa to attend,” said Adrien Ngudiankama, pastor of Salem Gospel Ministries and Baptist Chaplain at American University.
