Please pray for our summer missionaries

Every year, the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware graciously receives help from college students who serve as summer missionaries throughout our region. Please pray for the following missionaries:

Charis Abrams	I am serving in Ocean City, Md., all the way from Sacramento, Calif. Please pray for my mother. She will be in surgery on June 11th for her liver, she needs a new one.
Chelsea Breaux	I am from Baton Rouge, La., and I will be serving in Ocean City, Md. Pray that I would be bold with my faith and want to share the Gospel with everyone I encounter. Also that I would not get complacent in my faith.
Jordan Brown	I am from Mississippi and will serve in Ocean City, Md. Please pray for my grandmother. Breast cancer is really hard on her.
Adam Clark	I am from Meridian, Miss., and will serve in Ocean City, Md. Please pray that I would stay focused on Christ, boldness to speak and share the Gospel. And pray for my relationship with my mentor, that it would be made right between us.
Luke Cox	I am from Rockville, Md., and will serve in Deep Creek, Md. Pray for confidence in my mission while I am here, in building relationships and with intentionally sharing the Gospel with others.
Emily Earnest	I am from Aberdeen, Miss., and will serve in Ocean City, Md. Pray for me that I will keep in God’s will and have a servant’s heart for others.
Zach Frick	I am from Deep Creek, Md., where I will serve this summer. Pray for unique opportunities to engage my home context.
Phillip Ford	I am from Washington D.C., and will be serving this summer at Berywn Baptist Church in College Park, Md., and United Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. I ask for you to pray for time management, continued focus in school (maintaining good grades), that souls will be saved, that I continue to live as Jesus Christ has called me, and that I Love God, hate sin, and have fun!
Kayla Puder	I am from from Tylertown, Miss., and will serve in Ocean City, Md. Please pray that I become comfortable with where I am, learning to be confident and for my mother who is alone back home.
Lucy Puder	I am from Tylertown, Miss., and will serve in Ocean City, Md. Pray that God will give me the skills I’ll need for this summer.
Jacob Strowd	I am from Columbia, Ala., and will serve in Ocean City, Md. Pray for safety and leadership skills. For everyone I meet to see God through me.
Jesse Tillotson	I am from Mississippi and will serve in Ocean City, Md. Pray for the work I will do this summer and that I stay focused on God.
George Vonakis	I am from Dagsboro, Del., and will serve in Baltimore, Md. Pray that all of us missionaries stay focused on the Lord, and that He upholds us with His willing spirit to carry out His work in Maryland, not to be discouraged when trials occur during this time.
