The Baptist Convention of Maryland Delaware and The Banquet Network held the 3rd annual special needs and disability conference, “Indispensable: Equipping the Body of Christ to Engage Disability” on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Freedom Church in Baltimore.

There also was discussion on the “how tos” of subjects like evangelism to people with disabilities, improving building accessibility, fostering inclusive children’s classrooms, how to support families impacted by disability, and more.
The keynote speakers included Tom Stolle, COO and CFO for the BCM/D and father of a child with special needs, and Nicole Huggins, children’s ministry leader, writer, and mother of a child with special needs.
