Summer really is coming, and it’s not too late to plan your children’s summer camp. To assist churches in their children’s and youth’s ministries, the Mid-Atlantic Baptist Network will host the following camps:

ReCharge is a 5-night, 6-day summer camp held at Skycroft Conference Center for middle and high school students designed to strengthen your youth group through mission opportunities, Bible study, team recreation, worship and fellowship. Our intentional and purposeful activities and events point every student and adult to the Gospel of Christ and their position in the Kingdom. Our schedule is intensive, fun and focused on challenging youth pastors and their students to grow in Christ and closer to one another. Expect to be challenged, encounter God in a new way, and to leave camp changed.

  • Session 1: June 19-June 24 
  • Session 2: June 26-July 1 (registration currently full)

(New this year!) 

Amped Ministries is taking ReCharge camp to the beach! Amped is partnering with Ocean City Baptist Church to spread the gospel in Ocean City through missions. In addition to daily worship and Bible study, this camp week will be jam packed with exciting things to do in OC, such as 4th of July fireworks, recreation on the beach and partnering with Ocean City Baptist Church in missions. The week will close with a bonfire and a traditional Eastern Shore cookout at Assateague Island!

CENTRIKID-LOGO-ORANGE
CentriKid is an overnight camp for 3rd–6th graders, held at the Skycroft Conference Center, to experience the time of their lives and learn more about the message of Jesus Christ! From the future sports star to the young scientist to the rising chef, every kid gets to participate in exciting activities of their choice. Church groups bring kids to camp where they’ll take part in Bible study, recreation, track times, and worship! “Hang time” opportunities include everyone’s favorite activities at Skycroft: the Damascus Road waterslide, zip line, swimming pool and, new this year, bazooka ball!

  • Session 1: July 11-15 (registration currently full)
  • Session 2: July 18-22
  • Session 3: July 25-29
  • Session 4: August 1-5 (registration currently full)

Camp_Welcome
Boys Camp, held at Camp WO-ME-TO in Jarrettsville, Md,. is a Bible-centered, church-based, mission camp for boys who have completed 1st through 6th grades. (Men…we also need counselors!)

This year’s theme is “God is Faithful.” Join us in a time of FUN! Hiking, Canoeing, Swimming, Games and MUCH MUCH MORE!!!

Cost: $175 per person; men (counselors) are $90

  • Date: August 4 – 7 (Beginning at 5 p.m. on Thursday, concluding at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday)

Run the Race Girls Camp

Girls Camp, held at Camp Wo-Me-To, is an overnight camp for girls entering 4th through 12th grade

Girls (entering grades 4-12) have an opportunity to experience Bible study, worship, missions education, recreation and crafts in an outdoor setting. Activities include time with missionaries, worship, singing, quiet times, crafts, games, swimming, hiking, hayrides, skits, meeting new friends, and much more!

Cost: $195 per person (includes lodging, meals, program costs and crafts and T-shirts)

  • Date: July 10-July 15 (check in begins at 3pm on Sunday)

Run the Race Girls Camp (mom)

Like the Girls Camp, the Mother-Daughter Camp is held at Camp Wo-Me-To, and is an overnight camp for girls entering grades 1-3 and their moms or substitute moms.

The purpose is to give girls an opportunity to experience Bible study, worship, missions education, recreation and crafts in an outdoor setting. Activities include time with missionaries, Bible study, worship, singing, quiet times, crafts, games, swimming, hiking, hayrides, skits, meeting new friends, and much more!

Cost: $80 per person (includes lodging, meals, program costs and crafts and T-shirts)

  • Date: July 8-9, 2016
