Rockbridge Seminary announces the offering of a new totally online academic program: DOCTOR OF MINISTRY (DMin) in Transformational Leadership.

The program is designed to develop transformational leadership competencies in areas such as spirituality, spiritual community, transformational discipleship, organizational leadership, and missional leadership.

Since the new DMin is offered totally online, the program is accessible to ministry leaders wherever they serve with NO TRAVEL required.

The  DMin is a professional doctorate designed for men and women who hold the master of divinity degree or its educational equivalent and who have engaged in substantial ministry leadership.  The degree requires no fewer than three nor more than six years to complete. The purpose of the Doctor of Ministry program is to equip the student to be a transformational leader who practices ministry at the highest level of professional competence.

The total cost is $11,108. Inaugural cohorts are forming now. The inaugural cohort for Rockbridge Seminary’s DMin program will form according to the following schedule:

2014-T4 (Jul 1-Aug 25, 2014)

The Transformational Leader R7100 (taken by self-directed study)

2014-T5/T6 (Sep 2-Dec 22)

Spiritual Life of the Leader W7601 (first cohort seminar)
