Hearing God’s Voice is crucial for spiritual formation, for Christ-like leadership, and for healthy churches.
These retreats are designed for about ten pastors or pastoral team leaders to pull back from the crowds and demands of ministry and listen for the Voice of God. This we do by engaging a variety of spiritual disciplines in the company of each other.
BCM/D sponsored events are usually held at Skycroft Conference and Retreat Center and last for about 24 hours.
Retreatants are encouraged to recruit a prayer team from your church to pray for you during the retreat and to disconnect from electronic devices that all so often distract us from paying full attention to our Father. Thus, we are better able to re-center … to refocus on hearing the Voice of God.
